Shunbou features market fresh ingredients grown and specially prepared for Japanese cuisine. Guests can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine in Kappo style in the "Aji-ishi" Japanese granite stone main dining room, or experience seasonal Kaiseki menus in the Ryotei-style private rooms. Offering a total of five private dining rooms, Shunbou is suitable for both business and private occasions.
